About Me
My name is Roland Ettema and I am a PhD student in the CIAO Network founded and participated by the TU Delft faculty Information System Design. The ambition of the CIAO! Network is to become an influential knowledge center for the focus issues of cooperation and interoperability, as well as for the key concepts of architecture and ontology.
My PhD project is to research the added value of an enterprise architecture perspective as provided by DEMO for Lean Six Sigma (LSS) programmes. I have a master in the ICT Management Studies from Middlesex University. My master thesis “Adopting Archimate ?” was about exploring Archimate’s value for enterprise architecture reasoning.
In my PhD project I am working together with IBIS UvA, the Lean Six Sigma knowledge center of the university of Amsterdam. This in order to provide information to LSS practitioners who also show interest in the enterprise architecture perspective and to use their knowledge to guarantee the LSS perspective of this research.
